Cancellation Policy

Joyner’s School of Music Booking Policy 1. Cancellation Policy Students must cancel lessons at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time to avoid fees and be eligible for rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result no refund. 2. No-Show Policy Students who fail to attend a lesson without prior notice (no-show) will be charged a no-show fee equal to the full cost of the lesson. Missed lessons without notice are not eligible for rescheduling. 3. Rescheduling Policy Lessons canceled at least 24 hours in advance can be rescheduled at no additional cost. Rescheduled lessons must be completed within 60 days of the original booking. 4. Payment Policy Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your lesson. By booking, you agree to our cancellation and no-show policies, and any applicable fees will be charged to the payment method on file. 5. Refund Policy Refunds are only available for lessons canceled within the 7-day grace period after purchase. No refunds will be issued for lessons already completed or missed. 6. Communication Consent By booking, you consent to receive communication via phone, text, and email for reminders, updates, and marketing purposes.
