Cancellation Policy

Joyner’s School of Music, LLC – Summer Camp Terms & Conditions By registering your child for Summer Camp, you agree to the following terms. A parent or guardian must sign below to confirm understanding and consent. 1. Camp Schedule • Camp runs Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–1:00 PM. Doors open at 9:45 AM. Children must be picked up promptly at 1:00 PM. 2. Payments • Full payment is due by 9:00 AM each Monday. If on autopay, you will be billed automatically at that time. • No refunds will be issued for any reason. In rare cases, and only with prior notice, a missed day may be credited at the school’s discretion. 3. Attendance • Parents must notify the school in advance if a child will be absent. Make-ups are not guaranteed and handled case-by-case. 4. Food Policy • Campers must bring their own lunch. Joyner’s School of Music may provide snacks if the parent confirms there are no allergies or restrictions. • Written notice of food allergies is required. 5. Behavior Expectations • Respectful behavior is mandatory. Bullying, aggression, or repeated refusal to follow directions will lead to immediate dismissal without refund. • Parents will be contacted to pick up their child if behavior becomes unmanageable. 6. Health & Safety • Parents must disclose any medical or behavioral conditions. Staff follow general safety protocols, but a germ-free environment cannot be guaranteed. 7. Liability Waiver • Joyner’s School of Music, LLC is not liable for injuries, illness, or damages during camp. • Parents/guardians accept full responsibility for their child’s participation. 8. Communication • By registering, you agree to receive updates via phone, text, and email. • Marketing emails can be opted out of; emergency notices cannot. Parent/Guardian Consent I have read and agree to these terms. I understand that failure to comply may result in my child’s dismissal from camp with no refund. I also acknowledge that policies may be updated at Joyner’s School of Music’s discretion.
